Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to make it right.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This period begins the day after you receive your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing at info@hafizandmart.store before the 14-day period expires, quoting your order number.

2. Our Extended 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided:

• The item is in its original, unused condition
• Original packaging is intact
• All tags and labels are still attached
• The item is accompanied by proof of purchase

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

• Email us at info@hafizandmart.store with your order number and reason for return
• We will respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions
• Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
• We recommend using a tracked postal service

4. Return Postage Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.

7. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Items that have been used or washed
• Items with removed tags or damaged original packaging
• Items returned after the 30-day window without prior arrangement
